Daytime Cook
We are seeking a Daytime Cook to join our kitchen team in Baileys Harbor. Our team is comprised of long-term food and beverage career professionals. As Daytime Cook, you’ll be working directly with our Head Chef who has over 12 years of experience working around the country/world in restaurants acknowledged by the James Beard Foundation, Michelin Guide, Good Food Guide, and World’s 50 Best Restaurants. Our Daytime Cook and Head Chef will run our small two-person afternoon service line. Duties include assembling items from our small menu, prepping a wide range of vegetable ingredients, proteins, unleavened bread and pasta doughs, grains, and sauce recipes during our afternoon service. The Daytime Cook will primarily operate the line and take responsibility for line prep, station organization, overall kitchen cleanliness, and dish as needed, and will have the opportunity to cross train on bulk recipe prep projects at the Head Chef’s discretion.
We are looking for a highly motivated cook who is interested in learning, genuinely loves cooking, is able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, follows instructions, maintains keen attention to detail, and can contribute to our upbeat and convivial work culture without egoism. We’re more interested in strong motivation and positive attitude than existing skill, and we are willing to train the right candidate.
We are currently hiring for a full-time position, for year-round work (seasonal candidates will also be considered). Competitive hourly pay + pooled tips.

Busser/Dishwasher
We are seeking Bussers/Dishwashers for both our morning bakery service (7:30am-12pm) and afternoon food service (12-6pm). Our Bussers/Dishwashers are responsible for maintaining a clean/organized front-of-house, bussing and cleaning tables and bus bins, washing dishes, maintaining a clean dish area, assisting in food order running and beverage prep, and helping out in various other areas when needed. Bussers/Dishwashers must have a keen attention to detail, be able to follow direction, and be able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
We are currently hiring part-time positions, for both seasonal (May-October) and year-round work. Competitive hourly pay + pooled tips.

Bakery Front-of-House
We are seeking additional front-of-house help for our morning bakery service. Our Bakery Front-of-House Staff are responsible for welcoming customers, serving our housemade bakery and coffee, running food orders from the kitchen, bussing tables, and washing dishes. If you are a morning person, love meeting and interacting with new people, are passionate about local, scratch-made food, and have a keen attention to detail—we’d love to hear from you.
We are currently hiring part-time positions, for seasonal work (May-October). Must be able to work Saturdays & Sundays, at a minimum. Competitive hourly pay + pooled tips.

Taproom Front-of-House
We are seeking passionate individuals to join our Front-of-House team in the taproom. Bartenders are responsible for creating a welcoming, fun environment, helping educate customers on our beers and food, pouring our small-batch beers, running food orders from the kitchen, bussing tables, and washing dishes.
